Find a comfortable posture: Sit cross-legged on a yoga mat or a cushion with your spine erect. You can also choose to sit on a chair if it is more comfortable for you. Ensure that your body is relaxed yet alert .
Focus on your breath: Close your eyes gently and take a few deep breaths. Observe the natural rhythm of your breath. Feel the sensation of your breath as it enters and leaves your body. Let go of any thoughts or distractions and bring your attention solely to your breath .
